The objective of the Friend Fund is for a small group of individuals to pool together capital for modest passive income. The fund manager will generate income via two options trading strategies - credit spreads and rolling. Shareholders of the fund are to receive regular distributions and the fund manager assumes all risks and tax burden. The Friend Fund Charter goes into detail on the structure and processes.

The fund is constructed to meet the needs of a small group of shareholders and involvement is on an invite-only basis. Shareholders may refer peers for participation and an interview will be required by the fund manager to determine if the prospective shareholder meets the internal standards of the fund.
